Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your skin. We use it to reply to you and to plan your visit. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not send marketing text messages.

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not know who you are until you tell us.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form or the offer form, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The service you are interested in, and a preferred day or time, if you tell us
• How you heard about us, if you tell us
• Anything you write in the message or skin concern field

Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information through this website. Bring those to your appointment instead, where they belong in your confidential client file rather than in an email inbox.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
• To book, confirm or reschedule an appointment
• To apply an offer you have asked for
• To keep a record of who has contacted us, so nothing is missed

Marketing

We do not send marketing text messages. If you ask us to keep you posted, we may email you occasionally about treatments, memberships or offers. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and asking us to stop by any means also works.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as long as they are useful for looking after you as a client, and removed on request. To have your information deleted, email hello@lorenskinwellness.com or call (407) 757-8040. We will confirm once it is done.

Who else is involved

Running a website means using a few services. These are all of them, and what each one sees:

• Cloudflare hosts this site, stores form submissions, and runs the anti-spam check on our forms. It processes your IP address to serve the site and to tell a person from a bot.
• Resend delivers the email that lets us know you got in touch. It handles the contents of that message.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
• Google Maps powers the map on our Contact and Service Area pages. Loading that map is a request to Google.

None of them is paid to advertise to you, and none receives your information for their own marketing.

Links that leave this site

Booking, financing, gift cards, the skin assessment and our social profiles all live on other companies' websites. Once you follow one of those links you are on their property, under their privacy policy, not ours. We do not pass your details to them: anything they learn, you gave them directly.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at hello@lorenskinwellness.com and we will handle it. You never need a reason.

Children

This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. There is no separate archive; the page you are reading is always the current one.
